For those who need a case to protect their Garmin Nuvi or Mio GPS just got lucky! Semsons & Co. Inc. now carries Custom Leather Case for Garmin Nuvi 200w, 205w, 250w, 255w, 710, 750, 760, 770, 780 and Mio C320, 520, 720. So when you hide your GPS unit (let’s be frank here) from possible thieves, you needn’t worry about it being scratched up in that cramped glove compartment you call storage space (yes, I am guilty too). And if you prefer to travel on foot accompanied by your best friend Mr. GPS, without protective “clothing” the device will start to show wear and tear from the frequent adventures. But with a “leather jacket”, Mr. GPS will continue to look good as new (not to mention stylish too). Unlike the other cases in the market where the unit can easily slip out, this Custom Leather Case has a nice grip all around while providing open access to all the ports. Two SD slots are available inside the case and a belt loop on the outside to wear on the hips. Made with genuine leather, the Custom Leather Case can be purchased for $14.99. Get one for your naked Garmin Nuvi or Mio GPS today!

When I first tried the Garmin Nuvi GPS system, I was so excited that I used it everywhere I go, even places I knew with my eyes closed. But one frustrating thing was that the sun would cause glare and reflection, preventing me from viewing the screen properly. You might think I could still navigate using the voice commands, but I’m guilty of listening to my stereo so loudly that I rely on viewing the map to drive. Then I found an inexpensive solution to my problem. It’s a screen visor that’s easy to install/remove and fits perfectly with the Garmin GPS (it’s also compatible with TomTom, Mio, and almost all GPS devices). Once attached, I didn’t have to worry about the visor becoming loose or falling off the unit. Now I can see the screen perfectly throughout the day and listen to music without any problems. My GPS unit is small, so the 3.5” screen visor fits really well. I know some people have the bigger screens (bad eyesight or easier to show off?), but no worry, Semsons has the 4.3” screen visor covered. The prices are affordable too, just $10.99 and $12.99 for the 3.5” and 4.3” screen visors, respectively. So if you experience the same problems with your GPS device, stop moving the unit around just to find a good sun-less spot, get a visor for the screen! Plus, it makes the system look cooler anyway…

Intellinav One is Netropa's first entry into all-in-one market. For those of who are not familiar with Netropa, they are the brain behind popular software such as iGuidance and Dell Navigator. What makes Intellinav One special is the addition of text-to-speech (TTS). With TTS, the voice instruction now speaks street name for easier guidance. (Click here to listen sample Text-to-Speech voice guidance). Garmin Nuvi and TomTom GO 910 are few other navigation systems which also have TTS function.
